Shipping Options & Costs
We offer two simple options:
- Pickup (Nairobi shop) — no extra cost.
- Delivery — +400 KES (automatically added at checkout).
Delivery Timelines
Nairobi: Same-day or next-day delivery depending on location and order time.
Outside Nairobi: Next-day to 2 days depending on your town and courier routes.
After you place your order, we’ll confirm your delivery details by phone/WhatsApp before dispatch.
International Shipping
We can ship internationally upon request. International delivery fees and timelines vary by destination and courier. Kindly contact us before placing an international order so we confirm the best option for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every Eleko piece to feel right on you. If there is a defect or something arrives not as expected, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
What qualifies for return or exchange?
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Where an exchange is approved, we’ll guide you step-by-step on the return process.
